Terms for the Kess app

Kess is an AI personal assistant for the iPhone, made by Kessway Technologies Inc. By using Kess you agree to these terms.

Signing in

You sign in with Apple or Google. Kess keeps your name and email to run your account. How your information is handled is in the Kess privacy policy.

Plans and payment

Kess is free for 14 days, then a small free plan, or a paid plan. Subscriptions are billed and managed through Apple, and you cancel any time in your iPhone's subscription settings. Prices are in Canadian dollars; the App Store shows your own currency.

You approve, Kess does

Kess drafts emails, texts, phone calls, bookings and orders, and you approve before anything is sent, placed or paid. You are responsible for what you approve. Check each draft before you tap.

Not professional advice

Kess is an AI and can make mistakes. What she says is not legal, financial, medical, real estate or other professional advice.

The legal part

Kess is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it, to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
