You're talking with Sam, our intake assistant. Sam is an AI system we built and supervise. A real person reviews every plan before it reaches you. We keep the conversation, we never sell it, and you can have it deleted with one email. Don't share your own customers' personal details in the chat. Nothing here is professional advice until we're actually working together under a signed agreement.

Using this site

By using kessway.com, including the chat, you agree to these terms. If you're using it for a business, you confirm you're allowed to act for that business. Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, probe, overload, or reverse engineer it, no using it to build a competing service, and no unlawful content.

The chat and what it is

The chat is an intake conversation, run by an AI assistant we operate. Replies are generated automatically and supervised by our processes; plans, pricing, and commitments are reviewed by a human before being sent to you. The conversation is never a contract, Sam gives no quotes in chat, and no engagement starts until both sides sign a written agreement. The chat is not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice.

Your information

What we keep: the conversation (what you type and what Sam replies), the contact details you share, and notes our systems generate about the conversation.

What we do with it: prepare your Kessway (our game plan for your business), do background research on your business from public sources, and improve how the chat works. That's it. We never sell it or share it for marketing.

Who processes it: replies are generated through Anthropic's Claude under commercial terms, which means your words are never used to train their models and their copies are deleted within about 30 days. Email is delivered through our email provider. Conversation records live in our database with access limited to our team.

Advertising: we use Meta's advertising pixel to understand which ads bring people here. It records that a visit or a conversation happened, never what was said, and we never share your email address or anything you tell Sam with Meta.

Public research: if you share a business email or name your business, we may look at your public website and public listings to prepare your Kessway. We only use public sources.

Deletion: reply "delete" to any email from us and we erase your conversation and contact details, usually the same day. You can also email office@kessway.com any time with the same request.

One ask: tell us about your business, not about your customers. Please don't share your customers' personal details in the chat. If some slip in, our deletion promise covers them too.

Ownership

The site, the chat system, the Kessway name, Kess the mascot, and everything else here belong to Kessway. Your Kessway document is prepared for you and you're welcome to keep and use it; the systems and methods behind it remain ours.

The honest legal part

The site and chat are provided as is. We work hard to make them accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every generated reply is error-free, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada.
